Joan E. Moran, a 21-year veteran at Clinton Savings Bank, has been promoted to vice president, senior retail lending officer.
In her new role, Moran will direct the bank’s residential lending business and mortgage origination and also be responsible for consumer lending operations, according to a statement.
"During her years of service at the bank, Joan has proven herself to be a talented and professional leader and lender," said Edward M. Powers, senior vice president and chief lending officer. "This is a well-deserved promotion, and we are confident that she will excel in fulfilling her new responsibilities."
