Needham Bank has named Paul M. Totino of Dedham as executive vice president, commercial lending and finance, and John Whittaker as assistant vice president, customer and marketing analytics.
Totino brings 28 years of experience in the banking industry to his executive post; prior to joining Needham Bank he was executive vice president and chief financial officer of Middlesex Savings Bank.
A graduate of Harvard with a degree in economics, Totino received his master’s in accounting and business administration from Northeastern University.

Prior to joining Needham Bank, Whittaker was the marketing director at MIS Training Institute in Southborough; previously he was with NEACH (New England Automated Clearing House Association) in Burlington, as marketing director.
Whittaker graduated from Bentley University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing.
