The employees and sales associates of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England have been recognized with the U.S. President’s Volunteer Service Award for their outstanding track record of community service.
Philip Mangano, executive director of the U.S. Interagency Council on Homelessness, presented the award to Rick Loughlin, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England. Loughlin accepted the award on behalf of the company’s sales associates and employees.
Sales associates and employees, in more than 90 sales offices throughout Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts, performed more than 6,000 hours of volunteer service in 2008. In addition to volunteering, more than 3,000 of the company’s sales associates and employees contribute funds to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares, the company’s philanthropic arm.
