Lisa Nickerson and Allyson Quinby have been hired at Braintree-based commercial real estate development and construction firm Campanelli Cos. as senior director and coordinator, respectively, of marketing and business development.

Nickerson, who has more than 16 years of real estate experience, comes to Campanelli Cos. from Nickerson PR, Marketing & Events, according to a statement. Before founding Nickerson PR, Nickerson worked as a commercial leasing broker, investment sales broker and vice president of marketing and business development for The Codman Co.

"Nickerson’s unique background makes her one of the few marketing and public relations professionals to have such broad experience in the real estate industry," said Robert DeMarco, partner at Campanelli Cos. "As our acquisition and development activity increased, Lisa had a great sense for how the commercial real estate community would respond and was then able to manage our new communications message perfectly."

Quinby, the former client services manager of Nickerson PR, previously worked with WHDH Channel 7 Boston and ABC Channel 5 Boston in the news and sports departments, according to a statement.
