Reading Co-operative Bank has hired Liz N. Paré as vice president of residential-consumer lending.

Paré will oversee the residential-consumer lending team and be responsible for ensuring a high level of credit quality, compliance and customer service.

Paré has 29 years of banking experience. She began her career as an operations officer at First Bank.

"Liz is a great addition to our lending team. Her expertise is very much in line with RCB’s residential-consumer lending needs. She is energetic and ambitious and ready to accept the new challenges and opportunities that are ahead," Gregory Ryan, senior vice president and chief lending officer at Reading Co-operative Bank, said in a statement.
