Peter Ruffini, Yvonne Price and Jim and John Harrington were recently honored at the Plymouth and South Shore Association of Realtors 2009 awards reception.

Ruffini, broker/owner of Options 153, Mullen & Partners Real Estate in Plymouth was awarded the Realtor of the Year award.

The award is the highest honor PASS presents. Ruffini joined the Realtor Association in 1996. He achieved the position of president of the PASS board of directors while still in his 30s, PASS said in a statement.

The Realtor of Outstanding Service award was presented to Price, of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Scituate, for her service to the Realtor Association and the community. Price serves on the PASS board of directors as secretary and on numerous committees and task forces. On the state level, Price serves a dean for the MAR Graduate Realtor Institute courses.

The Affiliate of the Year award is presented to a PASS-affiliate member who has shown commitment to PASS through his/her participation in the association, PASS said. Jim and John Harrington of First Eastern Mortgage Corp., in Plymouth, were chosen as this year’s recipients for their commitment to the PASS community service, government affairs, membership and networking committees.
