Cresa Boston, Mercator Advisory Group and Winchester Co-operative Bank are among the companies announcing changes to personnel in this week’s roundup.
Cresa Boston
Cresa Boston has hired Allison Hoffman and Nathaniel Heilbron as associates in the company’s suburban market team. Hoffman will develop market survey materials and assist with tenant-in-market research for tenants, primarily in the Route 128 North marketplaces. Heilbron will provide transaction and account management services to tenants, also primarily in the Route 128 North marketplaces. He will develop new business and assist with market research.
D.F. Pray
Seekonk-based D.F. Pray, a general contractor and construction management firm, has announced that Darren LeClair has joined the firm’s Toronto office as director of Canadian projects. In this new role, LeClair will oversee the firm’s Canadian projects, working closely with clients, owners and project managers on the successful completion of projects in several vertical markets. He brings more than 25 years of experience in commercial building construction, engineering and project management.
JLL Construction
JLL Construction recently announced that Josh Berman and Greg Murphy have been promoted to vice president/project executive and construction manager, respectively. Berman joined JLL in 2013, and has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry. Berman will also serve in an executive capacity in the management of the construction group at JLL. Murphy also joined JLL in 2013. In his new role, he will provide construction management services for a number of projects in New England.
Mercator Advisory Group
Mercator Advisory Group, an independent research and advisory services firm focused on payments and banking industries, recently announced the addition of Brian Riley to its team as the director for the company’s credit advisory service. Riley has worked with national credit card issuers in senior management credit policy, operations and system design functions with an emphasis on applying scoring and technology solutions to acquisition, credit, collection and fraud. He has spent the past 10 years at TowerGroup as a principal executive advisor in the company’s payments service.
Rollstone Bank & Trust
Rollstone Bank & Trust (RBT) has announced a number of promotions in its branch network.
- Melanie Sauvageau was promoted to branch manager at the Parkhill office on Electric Avenue in Fitchburg. Sauvageau joined RBT in 2014, bringing with her extensive retail, sales and banking experience.
- AnnMarie Konan was named assistant branch manager of the Monument Square branch in Leominster. Konan has been with RBT since 2014, bringing with her cooperative and supportive people skills.
- Three women have been promoted to the role of head teller. Heather Nichols will work in the Harvard office, Sara Pucci will be stationed in Townsend and Liza Thirakoune will work at Monument Square. They each bring customer service and banking experience.
Salem Five
Salem Five recently announced Cheryl Iby has joined its team as a senior loan officer. Iby works at the bank’s Reading location and meets with clients on a flexible schedule regarding home purchases, refinancing and construction and renovation loans. She brings 20 years of residential lending experience and has been a MassHousing Certified Loan Officer since 2006. Prior to joining Salem Five, she worked as an assistant vice president and residential loan officer at Northern Bank and Trust Co. and a senior loan officer at Stoneham Bank.
Winchester Co-operative Bank
Winchester Co-operative Bank has announced the addition of Laurie Leahy, joining the bank as vice president of commercial lending. Leahy has over 30 years of experience in numerous facets of banking. Most recently, she was with Sage Bank in Lowell.
