BankFive
BankFive recently announced several promotions.
William N. Beauchene was promoted to first vice president. Beauchene has more than 32 years of banking experience and has been with BankFive for nearly four years.
John J. Sylvia was promoted to vice president, controller and assistant treasurer. Sylvia has been with BankFive for nearly two years, has more than 20 years of banking experience.
Veronica Andrade was promoted to vice president. She is branch manager of two branches in Fall River. She joined BankFive in 2005 as a teller.
Michael S. Correia was promoted to assistant vice president. He is an appraisal specialist in the Fall River office. Correia has been with BankFive for 10 years and has 31 years of banking experience.
David R. Croteau was promoted to assistant vice president and manager of business analysis in the Fall River office. He has been with BankFive for four years.
Kristen Carvalho was promoted to banking officer. Carvalho, who is AAP ACH/RDC supervisor, has been with BankFive for 16 years.
Deirdre M. Jannerelli was promoted to banking officer. Jannerelli is digital marketing manager and works in the Fall River office. She has been with BankFive for one year.
Tracy L. Rogers was promoted to banking officer. Rogers, who has been with BankFive for 15 years, is assistant collections manager. Rogers has 21 years of banking experience.
Luke Lehman was promoted to banking officer. Rogers is commercial portfolio manager in the Fall River office. He has been with BankFive for seven years.
Kimberly Wallace was promoted to assistant treasurer and banking officer, accounting manager in the Fall River office. She has been with the bank for 16 years.
BayCoast Bank
BayCoast Bank announced the promotion of Elizabeth Ferreira to the position of assistant vice president. In this position, she will supervise and oversee the activities of the accounting department. Additionally, she will continue to serve as assistant controller, which includes assisting the controller and CFO with financial reporting, regulatory reporting and budgeting for BayCoast Bank and its subsidiaries. Ferreira joined BayCoast Bank in 2000.
Bristol County Savings Bank
Bristol County Savings Bank appointed Cheryl L. Moretti to the position of senior financial analyst in the accounting department. Moretti will be responsible for reporting results for individual operating units, coordinating and managing the asset liability management process with outside consultants and assisting with the management of the bank’s investment portfolio.
Prior to joining the bank, Moretti was an accountant at Yarlas, Kaplan, Santilli & Moran in Providence, Rhode Island.
Coastal Heritage Bank
Coastal Heritage Bank announced that Richard Crowley has joined the bank as senior vice president and chief information officer. Crowley joins the bank from Citizen’s Bank. He also previously held a variety of IT roles at Rockland Federal Credit Union, Radius Bank and BankBoston.
Florence Bank
Florence Bank recently announced that the board of directors has elected Tania M. Barber and Steven Silverman as a corporators of the bank. Barber is president and CEO of Caring Health Center, and leads the only federally funded community health center in the city of Springfield. Steven Silverman is the owner of Northampton-based Valley Home Improvement. He first joined the company in 2004 as a subcontractor.
Jack Conway
Jack Conway Cityside has hired Alexandra Dudley as a Realtor. Dudley joins Conway’s newest urban sales center in the rapidly developing Seaport area of Boston. Larry Pope has joined the company as a recruiter. He will work out of Conway’s Norwell headquarters and travel throughout the firm’s trading area to recruit new agents and managers for offices from Swampscott to Cape Cod.
KeyBank
Vice President Danielle Prentis has been named senior business development officer for KeyBank Business Capital. Prentis joined KBBC as a result of KeyBank’s acquisition of First Niagara Financial Group, which closed July 2016. She is based in Boston. Prior to joining KBBC, Prentis was first vice president and senior portfolio manager at First Niagara Commercial Finance, where she managed portfolio relationships.
MLS Property Information Network
Mike Schlott, president of Kinlin Grover Real Estate, has been voted 2017 vice chairman of MLS Property Information Network Inc. by the organization’s board of directors. Schlott represents Cape Cod’s largest real estate company, with 18 offices and 300 agents serving Cape Cod and the Islands. He is also president of Randall Realtors, with eight offices and 180 agents in Rhode Island and Connecticut, and president of Page Taft Real Estate in Connecticut, with three offices and 75 agents.
New England Retail Properties
Steven Becker recently joined New England Retail Properties Inc., as a salesperson. Steven has been involved in the commercial real estate industry since 1989.
Unlimited Sotheby’s International Realty
Unlimited Sotheby’s International Realty has hired agent Ellen Meisel for the company’s Newton Centre office. She joins Unlimited Sotheby’s with more than 12 years of real estate experience, having previously owned a real estate development company.
