East Cambridge Savings Bank, MGM Springfield and Polish National Credit Union are among the organizations announcing changes to personnel in this week’s roundup.

 

East Cambridge Savings Bank

John P. Kirwan has been named business development sales manager at East Cambridge Savings Bank’s main office. Prior to joining the bank, Kirwan held roles as a financial advisor, branch manager, mortgage consultant and assistant vice president of securities operations at other financial institutions.

 

Eastern Bank

Eastern Bank announced the promotion of Senior Vice President Matthew Osborne to senior commercial banking officer. With the promotion, Osborne has relocated his office from Brockton to Boston. Osborne now assumes responsibilities for CRE Boston, C&I Boston and community development lending.

 

Harriman

Harriman, a multidisciplinary design and engineering firm with offices in Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts, announced Katherine Moore and Lily Perkins-High join the firm as urban planners. In their new roles, Moore and Perkins-High will be responsible for managing a variety of planning projects, including urban renewal plans, comprehensive master plans, redevelopment strategies and community visioning. They will lead community engagement initiatives, organizing and directing project teams and managing client relationships.

 

MGM

MGM Springfield announced the appointments of Alex Dixon as general manager and Courtney Wenleder as vice president of finance and CFO. MGM also promoted Marikate Murren to vice president of human resources, and has expanded its senior management team with four new hires: Michael Custodio has been named the director of property initiatives; Arlen Carballo is the director of financial planning and analysis; Meagan Lippmann is the learning and development partner and Jason Randall is the new director of talent acquisition and development.

 

Polish National Credit Union

Tracey E. Egloff has joined PNCU as vice president of residential lending. She began her career in banking at Northampton Cooperative Bank in 1992 and held various positions in the loan department. She was most recently the vice president of residential lending with successor institution Greenfield Cooperative Bank.

 

Shepley Bulfinch

Bob Simmons recently joined the Shepley Bulfinch as principal. After 30 years of practice focused in large part on higher education projects, Simmons joins the firm to continue to build on a successful portfolio of projects for colleges and universities.

 

Unibank

Joseph Tonelli has been promoted to branch manager of Unibank’s Upton branch. Tonelli takes on this role following the retirement of former Upton Branch Manager Jane Gienger. In this role, Tonelli is responsible for operations growth and development of consumer and business relations.

 

Walker Development & Construction Management

Michael White will join Walker Development & Construction Management as a senior construction project manager. White has supervised or managed more than 30 projects throughout New England over the past 25 years.
