Florence Bank
Florence Bank recently appointed three employees to the President’s Club, which recognizes employees’ excellent performance, customer service and overall contribution to the bank. The 2016 recipients are Erin McHugh, Jeanette R. Sharpe and Michelle M. Bigelow. McHugh is an operations risk analyst in the eBanking Department, while Bigelow is a commercial loan servicer. Sharpe is a customer service representative at the Amherst office of Florence Bank.

Harriman and The Cecil Group, a newly merged architecture, engineering and design firm recently announced that Emily Keys Innes, LEED, AP, ND, was promoted to the position of senior urban planner. In this position, Innes will be responsible for managing the firm’s more complex planning projects, while also facilitating the integration of urban planning into the newly merged firm.

Marianne Fresia
Lee Bank has named Marianne Fresia to the position of assistant vice president of private banking and trust services. In this new position, Fresia will focus on attracting, growing and retaining the bank’s trust clients.
North Brookfield Savings Bank
North Brookfield Savings Bank recently promoted Tonya Laird, and hired Cindy Fountain, to the position of senior branch manager and branch administrator. In this role, Laird and Fountain will manage the day-to-day operations of their respective branches, while also facilitating scheduling and auditing at all NBSB locations. Additionally, they will be participating in branch employee training, among other administrator duties.
The American Council of Engineering Companies of Massachusetts
The American Council of Engineering Companies of Massachusetts has named Henry Russell, the senior vice president at WSP and Parsons Brinckerhoff, as the recipient of the 2016 Community Service Award. The ACEC/MA Community Service Award recognizes members for their accomplishments and commitment to community service. Russell was selected as the 2016 recipient for his participation in influencing local decisions in the Braintree community.
