Pembroke-based Acella Construction Corp. announced the promotion of Ryan Klebes to the position of vice president of preconstruction and estimating. 

Cambridge Bancorp 

Cambridge Bancorp, and its subsidiary, Cambridge Trust Co. announced the addition of a new member to its board of directors: Andy S. Zelleke. 

Following Cambridge Trust’s acquisition of Northmark Bank, Jane C. Walsh, a founder and former president and CEO of Northmark Bank, will join Cambridge Bancorp and Cambridge Trust as a director. 

Citizens Financial Group 

Providence-based Citizens Financial Group, Inc. announced that Michelle Hecht has been named head of corporate affairs. She succeeds Barbara Cottam, who is leaving Citizens to take on a new role at the U.S. Department of Commerce, in Washington DC. 

The Davis Cos. 

The Davis Cos. announced that Leslie Cohen has been named as its chief operating officer.  Cohen most recently served as the COO and head of asset management for Samuels & Assoc. 

ERA Key Realty Services 

Spencer-based ERA Key Realty Services announced that Erin K. Mahoney of West Brookfield has joined the agency as a Realtor in the Spencer office. The company also announced that Jeff Taylor of Worcester has been named vice president of growth and development. He was formerly general manager. 

Hometown Financial Group 

Envision Bank’s president and CEO, William Parent, will join Hometown Financial Group as chief strategy officer. Hometown Financial Group has also added Randolph Bancorp director Kenneth Quigley to its board of directors and the board of Abington Bank. 

Intercontinental Real Estate Corp.

Intercontinental Real Estate Corp. announced the appointment of Paul J. Nasser to president. Prior to his new promotion, Nasser was the chief financial officer and chief operating officer. 

Reading Cooperative Bank 

Reading Cooperative Bank’s Shanna Cahalane, senior vice president and director of marketing & community development, was honored by the American Bankers Association as a recipient of its inaugural ABA Emerging Leader Award.
