National Real Estate Advisors has sold the Residences at Munroe Place in Quincy for $35.3 million.

The eight-story complex in downtown Quincy contains 111 apartments and is 99 percent occupied. The complex also contains ground-floor retail space anchored by Starbucks.

JLL’s capital markets team of Travis D’Amato and Michael Coyne represented Washington, D.C.-based National Real Estate Advisors.

"Due to its transit orientation, underground parking, steel construction and close proximity to downtown Boston, we received a very high level of interest during the marketing process," D’Amato said in a statement.

According to the Norfolk County Registry of Deeds, the buyer is 1205 Hancock St. LLC. The corporation lists as its manager Structure Tone Equities LLC of Stanford, Conn.
