Todd Rassiger, who has 15 years of financial services experience, has joined First Republic Bank as relationship manager and managing director in its business banking group in Boston.

Rassiger will work primarily with nonprofit organizations, private equity and venture capital firms. He joins a growing team of business bankers and wealth management professionals at First Republic’s offices in downtown Boston and Back Bay.

Prior to joining First Republic, Rassiger was senior vice president of Boston Private Bank & Trust for eight years. Before that, he was an investment banker with MassDevelopment in Boston, where he focused on project finance for nonprofit organizations. Earlier in his career, he worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, according to a statement.
