Real Estate Brokerage Consolidates Offices with Newbury Street Lease

Boston-based real estate brokerage Concept Properties is consolidating its office space from two locations to one with a lease at one of Asana Partners’ Back Bay properties.

Concept Properties leased the top two floors totaling 2,615 square feet at 179 Newbury St.

Landlord Asana Partners is renovating the 4-story building which contains street-level retail. Concept Properties previously occupied offices at 661 and 1607 Tremont St.

Boston Realty Advisors represented the company in its lease negotiations with Asana Partners, which acquired the property as part of a portfolio of 28 Back Bay buildings in 2018 for $298 million.
