Some of the richest Millennials in the U.S. live in Cambridge, according to a recent Zillow report.
The report looked at individuals across the country ages 22-34 and collected the cities with the largest percentage of Millennials making more than $350,000 a year.
The city came in at number seven on Zillow’s list, reporting that 2.9 percent of Millennials are making big money in Cambridge due to the many tech and biotech jobs in the area. However, their age group isn’t the only one – approximately 7.7 percent of individuals 55 and older are earning more than $350,000 annually. The city’s median home value is $644,400 and the median rent is $2,604.
The largest percentage of high-earning Millennials is in Arlington, Virginia, with 8.7 percent of Millennials in the D.C. suburb making more than $350,000.
