In addition, Emily Copeman has joined the firm as office manager and executive assistant to managing partner and CEO Vince Costantini, as well as Roseview’s other partners.

In her new role, Hargraves will be responsible for assisting in the management of commercial real estate transactions from initial marketing through closing, asset management operations, compiling extensive research on clients, and analyzing data gathered with financial models.
Copeman will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Roseview’s Boston office, providing support for the leadership team and assisting with firm’s marketing initiatives.
Copeman most recently served as a producer for Peel & Eat LLC, a post-production film company she helped launch. Previously, she spent four years working in international operations and market development for Health Dialog Services Inc., a global healthcare services firm.
Copeman holds a B.A. in English and business management from Skidmore College.
