Nelson Tavares has been hired to serve in the role of assistant vice president of lending and small business at Taunton Federal Credit Union.

Tavares has nine years of mortgage, commercial and consumer lending experience, as well as 11 years of credit union experience, including Branch Management and Business Development. Tavares is currently working towards his masters degree in business administration.
