Technip, an international project management, engineering and construction firm for the energy industry, has leased 38,000 square feet at One Financial Center in the Financial District of Boston.

Brokerage and project management services were provided by Cushman & Wakefield and the building is managed by Jones Lang LaSalle.

Fusion Design Consultants fully renovated the space prior to the move, including new lighting, glass storefront systems, and a new color palette of wall, floor and finish selections to compliment the firm’s corporate identity.
