Three companies have signed leases totaling 23,898 square feet at 1900 Crown Colony Drive in Quincy.
Strategic Products & Services LLC will relocate from Two Adams Place in Braintree to 5,950 square feet at 1900 Crown Colony in August. Peter Whoriskey of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.
Environmental Partners Group, an engineering firm and current building tenant, will expand to 14,866 square feet. Bob Conrad of The Conrad Group represented the company.
Auldey Toys of North America, a subsidiary of China-based Guangdong Alpha Animation and Culture Co., leased 3,082 square feet on the third floor beginning March 1. Sean Teague and George O’Connor of DTZ Boston represented the company.
Hingham-based Jumbo Capital Management acquired 1900 Crown Colony Drive in August for $18.2 million.
The transactions were finalized in collaboration with Jumbo Capital Management’s Jay Hirsh, managing partner and founder, Jordan Berns, director of leasing, and the Colliers International team of Jim Elcock, Dave Goodhue, Caleb Hudak and Dan Hines serving as the exclusive leasing agent for the property.
1900 Crown Colony contains 135,800 square feet located across from Quincy Adams station on the MBTA’s Red Line. Remaining vacancies total 42,831 square feet.
