Carey & Company P.C., an accounting firm, and Longfellow Investment Management Co., an independent investment firm, have each leased 6,000 square feet at 20 Winthrop Square in Boston’s Financial District.
Carey & Company leased 6,000 square feet on the building’s fourth floor and Longfellow Investment Management Co. leased 6,000 square feet on the building’s third floor.
CB Richard Ellis, Jones Lang LaSalle and Cresa Partners facilitated the transactions.
The building is owned by A.W. Perry, Inc.
The CB Richard Ellis team of Jon Freni, associate; Bill Crean, senior vice president/partner; and Tim Lyne, executive vice president/partner, represented the ownership in the transactions.
Carey & Company was represented by Richard A. Schuhwerk, vice president, and Jason Cameron, assistant vice president, of Jones Lang LaSalle.
Longfellow Investment Management Co. was represented by James Topper, principal at Cresa Partners.
