Two new tenants have signed leases at Westport Center for Health, a 38,000-square-foot medical office center at 321-329 Riverside Ave. undergoing a renovation program.

Westport Dermatology & Laser Center and Westport Dental Assoc. will join Village Pediatrics and Women’s Health Connecticut in the complex owned by The Davis Cos. of Boston.

The property, located one mile from the Westport Train Station and town center, contains a parking ratio of six per 1,000 square feet and is receiving new signage, renovated lobbies, roof repairs and exterior siding upgrades.

“By implementing best practices we’ve developed through our vast repositioning experience, we’ve transformed an out-of-date office park into a premier medical destination in Fairfield County,” David Allen, vice president of asset management for The Davis Cos., said in a statement.

Avison Young’s Sean McDonnell, Lori Baker and Eva Kornreich are handling leasing for the center’s remaining space.
