Construction of Watertown’s newest multifamily development along the Arsenal Street corridor has completed with 75 percent of the units preleased.

The Elan Union Market complex at 130 Arsenal St. contains 282 apartments equipped with quartz countertops and GE appliances, hardwood floors, Nest thermostats and in-unit washer-dryers. Shared amenities at the pet-friendly include an entertainment kitchen, art gallery, yoga room, resident lounge and tech center with meeting rooms, coffee bar and workspaces.

Elan Union Market is listing available one-bedroom units with rents from $2,900.

The project is the first in Greater Boston for Charleston, South Carolina-based Greystar, which manages approximately 500,000 rental units nationwide.

Greystar acquired the 6-acre parcel in 2015 from building supply wholesaler M.J. Pirrolli & Sons. Last month, the company hired Gary Kerr, a former executive with St. Regis Residences developer Cronin Group in Boston, to head its New England area projects.
