Winchester Chambers, a 37-unit apartment complex in Winchester, has secured a $7.5 million loan to refinance the property.
Cornerstone Realty Consultants, a Stoneham-based real estate financing firm, arranged the loan.
The six attached three-story buildings, located on Church Street and Lewis Road, were constructed in the early 1900s. The property is comprised almost exclusively of two-bedroom units, with a one-bedroom unit and several three-bedroom units.
